Since 1897, Calvert School’s vision has been to provide children with a solid foundation in education, giving them the opportunity to achieve excellence. Calvert School takes a bundled approach to setting tuition fees. This approach to tuition and the financial assistance program are designed to help families plan for their children’s educations and make affording a Calvert education more feasible.

Our bundled tuition provides families with a clearer understanding of actual school year costs, allowing for more specific financial planning while offering significant savings on expenses not traditionally covered by tuition fees. Tuition includes athletic uniforms, school supplies, books, workbooks, field trips, snacks, and lunch for all students in Sixth Age through Eighth Grade. Parents are not billed additionally for any of these expenses.

There are no fees associated with the two payment plan and a one-time fee of $45 for the ten payment plan. Payments must be made using our third party payment processor, TADS. Payments can be made through direct debit or credit card (fees will apply).

Monthly statements are payable when rendered. All financial obligations must be fulfilled before the School may grant a diploma, issue an official transcript, or admit a student for a subsequent academic year.
  • Payments

Students are enrolled for the entire academic year. Tuition must be paid in full prior to July 15th or you can enroll in a payment plan. The School has continuing expenses such as faculty salaries and physical plant maintenance that must be maintained throughout the year; therefore, no adjustment of fees can be made in the event of a student’s late entrance, absence, withdrawal, or dismissal.
