Carol Campbell Haislip ’69 is co-director of The International School of Protocol, a company that provides the highest caliber of protocol and etiquette training for businesses, educators, adults, and children. She is also a founding partner of Road To Success: Career Development Program, a company focused on helping adults and students identify their personal strengths and become workplace ready.

Prior to establishing The International School of Protocol, Carol Haislip worked for nearly 20 years as a business executive, serving as a vice president for a major banking corporation. During that time, she managed and developed training programs for hundreds of corporate executives and employees on a wide variety of topics. She also spent a number of years in sales, marketing products to companies of all sizes. As director of The International School of Protocol, Ms. Haislip provides training in social and communication skills to enable individuals to excel in our increasingly global marketplace. In addition, she has appeared on radio and television talk shows. She holds a BA in economics from Dickinson College and a MBA from Boston University with a concentration in international business.
 
Board memberships include Dickinson College, Young Victorian Theater, Campbell Foundation, and Calvert School Alumni.
