Richard Thomas '95
Richard Thomas is a leasing and sales broker in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties at Cushman & Wakefield. His specialties include tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales.

Since 2007, Mr. Thomas has closed transactions totaling more than 500 million square feet with an aggregate value of over $800 million. In 2016, he was the recipient of the Baltimore Business Journal Deal of the Year Award for the Morgan Stanley lease at 100 South Charles Street (Tower I) in Downtown Baltimore. In 2017, he won the NAIOP Deal of The Year award for the Howard County Non-Profit Center lease at Patuxent Crossing in Columbia, MD. He has also been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree for making noteworthy contributions to Greater Baltimore by the Baltimore Business Journal in 2018.
