Calvert School Now Accepting Cryptocurrency
When donating cryptocurrency to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit like Calvert, you do not have to pay ordinary or capital gains tax.
These donations are tax-deductible for donors. In partnership with the Giving Block, Give Campus and Gemini, Calvert is accepting 45+ cryptocurrencies, including the most popular like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. Use this Online Giving Form to your crypto donation. After you select your preferred cryptocurrency, a “Donation Wallet Address” will be generated and displayed within the online giving form. You will copy and paste this address into their crypto wallet to complete the transaction and the donation is converted immediately into action here on campus.
