The girls put two wins together and did so with authority. The first half showed a tight game looking only at the scoreline (2-1 at the half), but watching the action told a different story. Save for one instance of the defense getting caught by a long through ball while playing a high line, the team was nearly flawless. The ball rarely got to our first third and we created multiple scoring opportunities. 
However, it was the second half when we really exploded. Within the first 80 seconds, we doubled our score from 2 to 4, then added a fifth not too much later. At that point, with our result sealed, we were able to ride out the match with many of the players trying new positions. It was a comprehensive win and one we hope to build upon tomorrow.
