Cooper Sisters Continue to Impress on the Track
The IAAM high school indoor track season is off to a blazing start for Ella Cooper ‘20 and her sisters Elena ‘21 and Elise ‘21. Elise, a sophomore at McDonogh School, placed 1st in the 55 meter and 300 meter sprints at the opening meet on December 9, 2022. Ella, a junior at McDonogh, placed second in both races. Their times ranked as 17th best in the United States. Not to be outdone, Elena took home 1st place in the 500 meter race with a time that was fourth best in the U.S. at the time. Elena is a sophomore runner at The Bryn Mawr School.
