John Williams '17 Named Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Davidson Capital
Congratulations to John Williams '17 for being appointed as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst with Davidson Capital Advisors. Davidson Capital Advisors is a boutique investment bank in Charlotte, NC. The firm specializes in M&A transactions with lower middle market companies. After a competitive application process, John was chosen along with two other candidates for summer 2023.
John will spend eight weeks performing industry research, executing investment and valuation reports, and practicing sales and presentation skills, as well as receiving training from the popular program “Training the Street.” "I’m hoping it will help strengthen my skill set, give me a lot of exposure to the industry, and put me in a good position for broader 2024 recruiting over the next few months," John said.
A sophomore at Washington & Lee University, John is working towards a double major in Business Administration and American History. In addition to his coursework, John serves as the President of Washington & Lee's club squash team, participates in the Connolly Entrepreneurship Society, and works as a play-by-play sportscaster.
