Calvert Honors Our Leadership Donors
On Wednesday evening, April 20, Calvert honored two groups who have profoundly impacted our School in recent years. The evening began with a reception at 2 Oak to honor major donors to the Building on Strength Campaign for Calvert School. Head Master Andrew Holmgren and Chairman of the Board Jim Stradtner thanked the group for their invaluable support, and the evening culminated in the unveiling of the new plaque, which names those generous individuals, families, and foundations who made the Campaign a success.
Following the plaque unveiling, Calvert had the honor of thanking those members of our community who show their leadership support each year by making a gift of $1,500 or greater to The Calvert Fund. The Banner Society Reception was held in the Eighth Grade Courtyard, and Andrew and Jim expressed their gratitude to Banner Society members, who then enjoyed conversation, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres. We are exceedingly grateful to all of our leadership donors who have shown, and continue to show, their commitment to keeping Calvert School an extraordinary institution year after year.
