A Successful Third Annual Family Bingo Night

In our third year, it was another sold out evening of fun bringing in over 300 students and parents on Friday, December 1. A fantastic way to start off the final month of 2017!
Family Bingo Night was truly a community-wide event. Not only were many of our youngest students cheering B-I-N-G-O, but the entire night was partially planned by our Seventh Grade Student Leaders. Beginning in early October, the Seventh Grade - Grade Council worked with Ms. Passalacqua, Mrs. Crawford, Mr. Travers, and Mr. Holmgren regarding every detail.

Seventh Grader, Francesca P. “loved being a part of the whole process and working alongside the teachers.” She says, “Ms. P met with us weekly to get organized. All the hard work was worth it!”

“This was my first Bingo Night, and I had no idea how huge it would be. The gym was filled to the max; kids were running around everywhere having fun. It was great to help out by designing our staff T-Shirts, the concessions menu, and the prizes” reflects Seventh Grader Benham C.

We also want to thank everyone for the kind contributions to our Project Puerto Rico. On Sunday, Señora Sachar delivered a huge load of donations to our partner, Bags of Love, to be sent to those in need in the Caribbean.
