Rich Thomas '95 and Linn Worthington '07 are on the newly appointed Cushman & Wakefield team charged with securing tenants for Baltimore Peninsula. They bring extensive sales and leasing experience to the project located in South Baltimore. Rich is Managing Director and has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 16 years. Linn joined the company in 2018 and serves as a Director.
