Finals vs St James

It was a sad ending to a great season, as we went down in the final 6-1. I won't go into detail to say how it happened, other than that Tucker scored the goal and our 8th graders went out with heads held high. Speaking of those 8th graders, I know this isn't how they wanted to end their soccer season, but we can't forget all the success they've had. Finalists this year, and winners as 7th graders, these girls played the game with a positive attitude and always led by example. While we only had four this year, they took charge and set the tone. I'm proud of all four and I thank them each for their contributions to Calvert soccer over the years. We'll miss you Irby, Miller, Pruette, and Staley!
