Since we do not have any games this week, we will be practicing Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The girls should always remember their stick, mouth-guard, goggles, shin-guards, and water bottle. We will still practice if it rains, so the girls should have indoor-appropriate shoes to wear in case we need to practice in the gym. 

This week we will also be voting on captains! Girls interested in the position should nominate themselves by writing a short paragraph expressing why they are interested in this leadership role. These paragraphs should be e-mailed or handed to Coach Lears and Coach Fiorucci by the end of practice on Tuesday. We will share the names of the potential captains with the team, and the team will vote at the end of practice on Wednesday. Coach Lears and Coach Fiorucci will announce the captains on Friday.
