Calvert @ Jemicy

The girls got back in the win column yesterday with a decisive victory against Jemicy. It only took us about three minutes before Lauer received the ball from a deflection and was able to put it past the keeper. Five minutes later Sody got it to Filling, who score her first of two. Benitez made it 3-0 and Murphy got her first goal of the season after Filling scored again to make it 5-0 going into half. We spent most of the second half keeping possession and making sure we weren't running up the score. We did get one more goal from Margerum near the end of the half, but the result was already in hand. Next up is a challenge against Maryvale!
