Calvert vs Dumbarton

We were able to end the season on a high note with a win against Dumbarton. It was looking shaky to start, as we went down 1-2 less than three minutes into the game. It took until the final few minutes for us to tie it up with Tobin juking a defender in the box and easily slotting it past the keeper. It must also be mentioned that Athey made an incredible save, tapping the ball over the crossbar on a shot destined for goal. 
The second half was a different story. This time, we dominated possession and kept the ball in their half for most the time. We took the lead when Shah-Fricke got a rebound and got off a quick shot to score less than four minutes in. Our lead grew when Wilson put an absolutely divine pass through to Graham, who went the distance and scored with about ten minutes left. The final touch came from Filling, who scored one of her trademark goals from the left wing over the keeper's head. Meanwhile, Stevens took over in goal in the second half and made a few great saves to keep them at one. It was a fun way to end the season and I look forward to seeing these players again next year!
