Great job today!

Ladies,

I am VERY proud of you for your game today!  You have been working so hard and should be so excited.  I want you to walk away from today with a few thoughts.... 
- You are allowed to make mistakes.  In the game of volleyball mistakes will happen.  Think about how you can fix your mistake, or make it up with a great pass, or make a serve in!  That is what is important.
- You won that game because you never gave up on yourselves!  Keep putting forth the effort and your team will get even better.
- Remember that even when you aren't on the court you are still apart of the team!  Cheering, and paying attention so that you know when it is your turn to go in.
-Lastly, remember we only have a certain number of subs each game.  If you sit out in one game....then you get to play the entire next game and don't have to sub.  Don't look at this as a punishment, but as a way for you to get to play in a whole game.  
I am proud of each of you and look forward to your next match in a few weeks! 

Parents....thank you for supporting all of our girls!  Making the gym loud for them is important! :)
